• The Artist has the right to refuse any commission without having to explain the reason.

• Payment will be done through the website Vgen.com​

•  The payment through this website, is done through Paypal.

• Payment will be requested in the VGen platform in Euro currency.

​

• Payment will be done upfront once commission is accepted as a commission is a payment of service rather than product.

​

• If the design of the character and/or background are too complex, the artist has the right to request an extra fee depending on the complexity level

   • Extra fees will be told to the Client prior to payment agreement.

​

• 100% refunds are NOT available.

   • The only exception is if the artist cannot complete the commission and has not started it.

   • By 'the artist cannot complete it', it does NOT mean that the artist couldn't complete it within a certain amount of time, as there is no pre-determined deadline.

• Partial refunds are available with the following guide lines.

   • If the Client decides they want a refund, they may contact the artist. If the commission process has already started, the amount refunded will depend on what stage the commission has stopped:

                      • 10% refund: if the art was near completion 

                      • 25% refund: Flats stage (solid colour without any shading)

                      • 50% refund: Lineart stage (Lines only, no colour)

                      • 75% refund: Sketch stage (initial plan and sketch for the art)

• Payment is done upfront upon acceptance of the commissioned work.

• Commissions may take several months. The artist will keep the client updated throughout the process and clients may ask for updates whenever necessary (though not in a spam manner). Commissions may also take longer if a background is included. The client can also keep track of the commission process via the link provided to them for the artist's work queue, which visually tracks the commission by the client's provided name/handle.

   • Communication about the commission will preferably be done through the Vgen website.

• An open line of communication will be kept throughout the process of the commission, as well as any delays that may happen.

• The art will be DIGITAL ONLY which means that the artist will NOT send the client a printed version of the commission.

• These commissions are for PERSONAL use unless otherwise stated. This means that the client or whoever this commission was gifted to can:

   • Use as profile picture / header / icon etc.
   • Print it for own use (example: putting it on their room's wall)
   • Post it on social media with credit.
   • Any use that does not involve you reselling or making a profit from my artwork.

• With this commission work you can't:
   • Make money / profit from it.
   • Claim you drew it yourself.

• If the commission is meant to be used in Vtubing, a small extra fee may be applied unless the commission is specifically offered for stream use.

• If the client wants to share it on social media, please credit the artist or use a version of the commission that has a watermark on it if the artist has provided one!

• If the artist sees that the client, or the person who was gifted the commission / drawing, has broken any of these agreements the artist may choose not to accept any further commissions from that client or the person that was gifted the commission / drawing.

• By proceeding with the commission request, you are agreeing with the artist's Terms of service.
